Kathleen Veit was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Compliance & Ethics Officer in July 2022 to oversee regulatory and business driven compliance strategy, lead the global compliance & ethics program and engage the organization in promoting a culture of compliance based on company values and Code of Conduct.
Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics team is tasked with providing risk-based strategy, standards, processes and policies to drive a comprehensive compliance framework across the organization. This framework is based on laws, regulations, industry standards and company Code of Conduct, laying the foundation to support a strong culture of compliance and Integrity throughout the organization.
Prior to joining Teva in 2010, Kate held related leadership roles at Merck, Novartis, Cigna, and Dow Chemical.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and Master of Arts Degree in Education/Program Administration from Seton Hall University.
